Meet if you want
It works alone. If you meet, the guide below keeps it simple and keeps it safe.
Meet on project days. Talk about what happened, not what anyone wrote.
Project days are 6, 13, 20, 27, 34, 41, 48 and 55. On those days every man has tried the same thing with his own kid. That's the conversation: what happened when you asked the card, what you noticed, what you'd do differently. Two questions, the same ones the program uses: What happened? What do I want to do differently?
Nobody reads from their log. Nobody is asked to share. The leader goes first, and keeps it short.
- Reply to your code email any time and we'll tell you how many seats have been claimed. Nobody, you included, sees who wrote what or how far anyone got.
- You don't need training. You need to go first, and to drop your own act while you do it.
- The Better Father isn't therapy, and a men's group isn't either. If a man in your group is in crisis, 988 is the number, and 911 if anyone is in danger.
- It's for adults. Fathers of any age of kid, including grown ones, and men who are about to be fathers.
